Super hot take time: giving the bull a chance to go out swining isn’t that much worse than having it put down ”humanely” in a factory, spending it’s last time in a line that reeks of blood.
The real crime is against entertainment. Who am I supposed do be rooting for here? Apparently not the underdog that’s outnumbered and surrounded by a bunch of dirty spaniards with swords and near zero chance of winning.
Dude, your governement is verbatim (!) talking about killing whole civilzations.
The ratio of Americans that would take the risk of imporisonment or individual harm VS Americans that will risk their lives and die for killing babies (for no apparent reason) basically remains 0 : ∞.
It's the most armed and violent country in the civilzed world and still it remains perfectly safe to be an operative of the fucking apocalypse.
What recent months have thaught us is that there are only two types of Americans: those that will actively fuck over the world and those that will them.
Trump cannot be undone by Americans, because they all either actively or passively support and enable him. The only possible solution is foreign intervention. Since European leaders are just as useless as the Americans and the Chinese have their own insane imperialist ambitions, I guess we're all shit out of luck.
Yeah, but the "human shield" thing is still trying to spin it though, no? At most, Pete Hegseth would dismiss any questions of civilian deaths as "woke media shit".
I'm open to the argument that there are many precedents for the US going into many illegal wars of aggression, but it's a wild take to not recognize that the American rhetoric has... taken a bit of a turn lately.
The difference being that, in the past, they would at least try to dress civilian deaths up as a regretable necessity or the fault of evil individuals gone rogue. Now they're cause for celebratory emojis and American flags in the team's Signal chat.
Friendly reminder that, neither the US or Iran showed any regard for civilian life before the war either, see "drug boat" killings and slaughter of protestors, respectively. And Israel... I can't even.
Your scepticism isn't unfounded, but I think real world experiences are a little more nuanced. Where I live, the private option is often more affordable. But then again, the government owned train company is run for profit.
A lot of big tech companies have just said the people fired suck (I.e calling it "performance based layoffs) to hide that they've needed to hit the brake hard.
They have released no evidence the "drug boats" aren't just fishing vessels, et cetera. Considering the Trump admin wouldn't care if they were, it's probably safe to assume that they have mostly been executing random civilians, if any drug trafficers.

Who watches this? Seriously!
