Is GitHub the best place to report issues?

after seeing the comments in this threadI agreed to submit an issue to the friendica GitHub repo if @jonathan submitted one to summit too to see if either side would be willing to add robustness to ensure my post looked as expected on summit. I only saw three issues on github.com/idunnololz/summit-f… which made me question whether you guys have a different way you'd prefer to have bug reports submitted.RE: opensocial.at/objects/59c238fc…
