What's the state of torrent-csv?

I found a few instances of this web site: https://torrents-csv.com/ - working https://torrents-csv.ml/ - down and some other resources, one of them this site (lemmy.ml).

So I hope I can ask the maintainer of the torrents-csv: @dessalines@lemmy.ml (I assume he's the owner)

What's the status of the project? Is it active?

It has a git link to gitea: https://git.torrents-csv.com/user/login What creds can be used to access it? Is it supposed to be accessible by general public?

What would be the best way (if any) to get a fresh DB dump? I think at some point it was possible to get it through git.
