Is it normal to get no calls from socialist union and student commitees after one week?

It's been 7 days, I tried to call, contact and visit unions of the party. Some of them said that they will recontact with me in call but the most of them are closed for sure. It's unbelievable to find one open union. After endless efforts with my organization pursue, I guess they don't really care about that.

I don't expect anything like international workingmen's association but I didn't expect that much reckless.
