Am I only one who thinks that tattoos are for wealthy or semi wealthy people? Why not use that money in a CD, Volunteering, or Donations? Kind of feels a little bit selfish?

Don't get me wrong tattoos are great I have seen very neat ones. But I have also seen people who can barely afford anything or just down on their luck get a tattoo? Where are the priorities at?
