Does anyone know how to properly remove the controllers from this hostage device?

It's a Collective Minds model # CM00081 and I have tried writing their support, I have tried looking for the manual online they no longer sell this model so I can find NOTHING. NOTHING NOT ONE SINGLE PIECE OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROPER RELEASE MECHANISM FOR THIS PART OF THE DEVICE.

Not a single sentence even. I can't be the only one who has had this problem. I am not a stupid guy I have scoured every single inch if this piece of equipment several times for the release hatch. There IS NOT ONE.

I can tell you aren't just supposed to force the controllers out because I broke a piece of the plastic thing holding it in when I did that and had to pull like my life depended on it.

This is the single worst deisnged piece of PlayStation equipment I have ever seen, ever. Why why why would you not have a release button readily apparent for something like this???

Is there an add-on you put on the bottom of the controllers first??? What is going on man.... I'm considering just throwing it in the trash and manually charging the controllers from now on.
