Is there any Resiource on how to grow Bald Spots again?

So i am gonna soon start HRT but i sadly have the Issue of being "semi Balding" so i basically have started to show an M Shape and im already in my Early 20s :(Only Issue is that well its only on the Right Side and the Baldness doesnt seem to grow nor go to any Other Sides or Places of my Hair :(Ive been thinking of grabbing extension to fix but i am a total Noob at that as well as me wondering if before grabbing extension to maybe not just try if any kind of People here more knwoledgeable than me know how to help? >.<
