Chicano artist Lalo Alcaraz satirizes the xenophobia, racial profiling, and violence by US Border Authorities.

The "alien" is modeled after Mr. Spock from Star Trek. The border guard (INS was the predecessor agency to ICE and USCIS) is the violent immigration enforcer.
