Have you ever known someone that would leave gross messes in public bathrooms? Why did they do it?

You know, shit on the toilet seat, piss on the floor...why do they do it?

And not to be rude but I'm not looking for everyone's speculations as to why. I'm curious if there's anyone with firm knowledge about their motivations, either because they know someone who does it or because they do it themselves.
