  • I was just talking about the last farce where B52s took flight so that Trump could pretend "he was just about to do what he promised had Pakistan not interfered"

  • You would already be doing a great service to the world if you produced a really well tuned search engine / information digger with LLMs but no you had to periodically hype it as AGI because it can memorize entire text books with some accuracy. You did this to yourselves and if you fall it will be because of these expectations which are not met.

  • Is anyone surprised? He knew from the start US wasn't going to attack but he nevertheless spent hundreds of thousands of tax dollars so that he could pretend it was real by sending B52 bombers on flight. What a wussy spending all that money to save face rather than improve health care and homelessness.

  • Later he would be heard giving talks about how LGBTQ is detrimental to psychology of minors.

  • everyone at that meeting should be barred from any sort of role in the educational sector + atleast a year long mandatory training on identifying & preventing sexual harassment.

  • I already got downvoted thrice for that comment. So yeah...

  • Agreed, I don't think from that statement alone we can say Dino argued for hair not to be there, that I agree. For the same reason, we can't argue that the woman claimed hair is better than no hair. Therefore logical fallacy here is of another nature and I think the intention here is to confuse the child by committing this fallacy (this I deduce from the tone of the post). I think most people are reacting negatively because they are strongly opposed to leg hair on women and any statement that is mildly less than how they feel is creating strong feelings of opposition.

  • In which way does my statement fall for naturalistic fallacy? Also in which sentence does the woman in question say leg hair is better than no leg hair because it is natural?

Seems to me that in both cases you are assuming things.

  • was it an .ml group

  • I agree this is bad but wouldn't stretch this as far as causing harm to minorities in general. This is some form of corporate efficiency bullshit that exists universally in any large enough company. Not defending it but putting an order in things. This not any where near:

    which does really target minorities

  • Trying/planning to move away as much from google as possible. Wouldn't put brave no where nearly in the same place as Mozilla in terms of shady practices.

Why does it matter? For the same reasons JKR funnels the money she gains from Harry Potter books into transphobic organizations.

  • When I said sometimes, did not necessarily mean %50 but agreed if negative feelings are close to majority in such a situation then there is some self reflecting to be made.

  • I wonder if any such company tried to use this as evidence in court: "the defendant has scrolled through the terms so the statement that he hasn't read them is not factual"

  • Don't have any kids but I also deduce from my observations that most normal relations with kids are the ones where sometimes you love them to bits and at other times want to give them for adoption. Anything else which overly romanticises having kids has no use other than shame driving people into insanity.

  • "anime racing horse girl genre"

  • I see alot of people claiming that the second comment identifies an "appeal to nature" fallacy. Imo, she is forming a tautology and commiting a "begging the question" fallacy to confuse the kid, roughly along the lines of "the hair is supposed to be there because that is where it normally grows". She demonstrates no intention of proving that body hair is good because it is natural.

  • The idiot does not realize that every crazy shit he does gives a casus belli for others to do even more crazier shit.

  • like how you were supposed to be in an out in a week?
