They also have an history of incidents further down and as you can see they are very short, heck many aren't even incidents since they were on purpose for mantaince and features deployment
I don't know where they release it tbh, i use Fennec on mobile which removes the mozilla tracking from Firefox just like Waterfox does, but you can install it from f-droid
I suggest you to use Consent-o-matic instead of I don't care about cookies;
It's open source (MIT license) too while I don't care about cookies is closed source and owner by Avast
It works for me all the times, the problem is that some sites break totally until it finishes to refuse the cookies (can't be used, black screen etc etc)
