  • First of all, sorry the title is too controversial. Maybe I should change it? I think this "takeover" would happen on a cooperative basis with Ukraine. Sending ground troops is highly controversial, but a strong European air force could protect strategic facilities in Ukraine. It would be powerful support and not as risky as land based assistance. Morr info in the video at 21:40.

  • I have Intel HD Graphics 620 and there is always like this when my laptop is not in performance mode and even if it is, the animations start to stutter after the computer has been idle for a while.

  • Maybe try some GUIs like Bottles or Lutris. If you want a Windows-like experience in Bottles, you need to disable the sandbox, otherwise, you'll have to place files inside the "bottle"(sanbox dir) I'm not sure about Lutris. If you have pure Wine installed and clicking on a .exe file does nothing, you can use the terminal. Just type 'wine pathtoyour.exe,' and it will run(install) inside the ".wine" directory in your home dir. However, remember that using non-sandboxed Wine means Windows programs have full access to your files (just like on Windows), and Wine can also run Windows viruses.

  • Yes, Europe has some structural issues it needs to deal with, but I suspect this video will age very badly in the next few years.

Time will tell. For now, we have deindustrialization.

Extremely selective and not very representative examples

Sorry, but what do you mean by "selective"? The major issues were highlighted.

parroting some nonsense by industry lobby groups.

    ???

suspect this video will age very badly in the next few years.

    Hope so.

Thanks, but I'm not a new user. I was on !reddthat@reddthat.com since the reddit drama, but I deleted all my social media about half a year ago due to depression. Did it help? No. Now I'm back.

  • Now I can see.
