  • Well. I don't have a dumb phone but I installed e/os on my fairphone and didn't install all those tracker apps. I like things like signal and writing with my friends, but I don't like google shoving me ADS for their crap services down my throat

  • Ich glaub ich stimme zu was viele andere hier auch sagen. Deine partnerin muss selbst einsehen das sie was tun muss, sei es arbeit die zu viel ist delegieren, psychatrische hilfe suchen und wenn das nicht klappt, kündigen. Dazu muss sie erstmal einsehen das es einen burnout hat/bekommt. Du als partner kannst da nur für sie da sein, sie bitten darüber zu reflektieren. Das verlangt jetzt viel geduld von dir, viel zuhören und starke nerven.
