You're not wrong, but it's a process that can be improved. I will 100% say that we've had better results in person for newbies, BUT it is not a valid reason as an overall rule. In my mind, the benefits far outweigh the downsides. Fuck the office (not the show, it's amazing)
If you're in the US pop over to Michael's. They've got containers kinda like that second link. Tons of varieties. I've got a good handful of them I use for storing and organizing my caps. They're cheap, Michael's always has good sales on things, and they do the trick.
Also they are the bomb for organizing earrings. So, there's my thoughts.
My wife hates this. Notifications are the devil. I don't need them or want them. I will check in when I damn well feel like it. If I don't, I'm probably busy.
