  • My new favourite is people talking on the phone while letting off absolute bomb in public washroom stalls, some even on speaker phone.

    My second are those that come in playing their music on phone speaker for all of us to hear their jams.

    Not sure if this is better than those that do it on a nature trails but all groups should be forced to have music speaker phone battles while bears and wolves eat them all...

  • I feel like an outsider on these debates. I totally agree we should be able to own forever.

    In my case I find there is so much new TV and movies I rarely go back to re-watch shows or movies so owning them isn't on my radar. It's a challenge just to watch a whole series I find.

    I'm wondering how often do people beyond kids re-watch movies and TV shows? Kids seem to be able to rewatch the same movies several times a day..

  • It's not about being funny in that way. It's about countering bullshit and unfortunately it can only be in small bite sized bits and to make those that spew that garbage be aware constantly it's not accepted by others by asking the question.

    Odds are it's those on the fence that can be swayed.

    For the rest it's a form of Chinese water torture that will eventually get through but like you say most that need to hear it won't and they'll move on to things like adernochrome and liberal baby eating.

    Speaking of that, it's odd those for having a choice to have a child or not would also eat those babies? Why would they want to not have them? It's a steady diet of them if they are forced to have kids they don't want?

    It's unfortunate stupid logic questions like this are the only things that jar them enough to either act in rage or dismiss it all together in a flight response but it did chip something in the process.

  • If I understand this correctly in my use case Assistant will get worse in my car with a aftermarket head unit. The mic isn't that great on the radio and I've had better luck using the handset mic instead.

  • I have a couple of phones in use. 1 never answers which is fine as I have a display too, but the other answers every time I can do that if you unlock your device first.

  • Still rocking my note 10 plus which had a SD card slot, and my LG V60 which still has both. The V60 has some of the best audio recording for video which I suspect is due to the DAC built in with the mic array.

    I never really made it into the the Playstation or Xbox controllers. I wasn't a big gamer beyond the NHL series in my teen years as I was playing a lot of hockey then I was married at the start of my 20s and things changed quick.

  • I think people need to realize this is more prevalent within the conservative religious circles than they realize. Beyond the extremes of the rapture that's been coming any day for decades, they want set their world right once and for all.

    When they throw around terms like battleready there's a outcome where they get to kick in the heads of those they don't like and don't want to exist without due process.

    They are going to end all that is wrong around them with brute force and finally do what those corrupt politicians, justices, police, and government workers won't do.

    They want to bypass anything that complicates their mob punishment. Trump keeps feeding these types as it's useful for him to have them rattled and ready to go. The group think will not allow those stung by him to speak their truths against him. It's not allowed.

    He is the messiah chosen by God. You know the thrice married, adulterer with porn stars while the wives were pregnant role model the religious right have been looking for all this time.

    Thank God they found him to help God save the day. God the almighty and all powerful needs a orange colored grifter loser to help God out on the mission.
