Its a joke that J'accuzzi means the same in French and englisch.
A sort of spa pool designed to relax the body with bubbles (and probably hot water).
The J' makes it seem like accuzzi is a verb.

Exactly what i think, the right picture is authentic and shows a person thats willing to do some silly stuff.
