  • Is it possible to run ffmpeg on your system? When converting from mp4 to gif I set the resolution to 640 (a common phone resolution, you could go with 720 or something else if you want) and the fps to 10, that should reduce the size of your gif dramatically.

    ffmpeg -ss 0 -i source.mp4 -vf "fps=10,scale=640:-1:flags=lanczos,split[s0][s1];[s0]palettegen[p];[s1][p]paletteuse" -loop 0 filename.gif

    Otherwise you can send me what you got and I could convert it for you
