Thanks for the link. This one was less of a succes for me. But feel free to keep on giving suggestions. Either way, it's an enrichment.About the Scarlatti album. It was pure luck that I picked up that one. My girlfriend is also fond of it. I played it a lot when she was pregnant, for my daughter-to-be. Sometimes even directly on her belly. But my daughter doesn't seem to remember or recognise. Although she also appreciates the Goldberg variations. She had no choice, hearing it every morning :-)Another album that's a "classic" for me and my girlfriend is Bach arias by Ophelie Gaillard. This is track 1 of the cd. Her ensemble is called Pulcinella, which was the name of Scarlatti's cat 😺My girlfriend is not so fond of baroque music in general. Too busy and too repetitive. I think the third album that she does appreciate is Il pastor fido by Handel. One of his shorter operas, only 2 cd's long. Played this one a lot when my daughter wasjust born, in the hospital room.Seems a lot of albums are related to important phases in my life ...
I think it's not so much about these people. They are the precedent. For future arrests and court cases involving antifa, it's important for the prosecutor that these guys are put away as antifa. Antifa has a new meaning now, a bit closer to terrorism. Also, coming as a group, with guns, one person hiding in a bush with an automatic rifle and actually firing, at a cop. In a country that is known for fucked up accomplice liability laws. Not very smart.
Sounds like they all arrived together. Why would one person of their group hide in the bushes with an AR-15. And shoot at a cop. In a country where accomplice liability is known to be fucked up, that's just not very bright.
Thanks for the suggestion. I mostly don't get very far with harpsichord versions. But this one is indeed very nice, & soft. Very different compared to Jean Rondeau or Pierre Hantai. I suppose the harpsichord itself is what makes it so gentle compared to those versions.I listened to electronic music the greater part of my life. Slowly lost interest. One day I went to the library with a Reddit must-listen Jazz list. Left with 9 jazz cd's and took a Scarlatti recording because of the nice cover. Listened almost exclusively to that cd. From there on it was a wild journey. Getting into vynil along the way because I got the opportunity to buy the complete Bach cantates on vynil. Now I alternate again between baroque and electronic music.
But a shill for who? Now, that's not very clear. After Fox he was in talks with Peter Thiel and Rebecca Mercer to form TCN. Never heard anything about it after that, except TCN is a fact. Today it's owned by Carlson and a Neil Patel (whom I know nothing about). Somehow he seems to serve a different agenda now. Or is there reverse psychology at play?
Bongo voucher is basically a gift to... Bongo.I don't exaggerate when I say 3/4 of my friends that got such a voucher never used it in the end. It's a business model built on people's lazyness.
Thanks for posting this. I've been wanting an e paper display for b&w photos since long. Only thing that always popped up was a very expensive thing with an art subscription.
That would be unwise because it would make Trump push the red button. But in the neighbouring countries 👍. About time the US is fucked out of that region. 🤞It will be an example for South America as well.
While everyone is looking the other way, they move the borders. Once again. A little bit of this, a little bit of that. Gotta do it while the guy whom they can blackmail with epstein videos is in power.
Hence the celebs could make the switch, with their followers. They are not dependent on IG for their income (I suppose). The influencers would stay behind. That's probably a good consequence.
