  • But this takes only into consideration the two selected point used to calculate the the slope and intercept. All other point will not exactly lie on linear function. And as you can choose any combination of two point you will get again infinitely many different parametrization a of the linear model.

  • Exponential growth is always exponential, not just if it suddenly starts to drastically increase in the arbitrarily choosen view scale.

    A simple way, to check wether data is exponential, is to visualize it in loc-scale, and if it shows there a linear behavior, it has a exponential relation.

    Exponential growth means, that the values change by a constant ratio, contrary to linear growth where the data changes by a constant rate.

  • ZL;NG: Ich halte das nicht für eine Anti-Obdachlosen-Bank, weil im Hintergrund eine gewöhnliche Bank ohne Anti-Obdachlosen-Eigenschaften zu sehen ist.

    Dieses Bild bekommt man ja regelmäßig zu sehen, immer mit dem Vorwurf der "Anti-Obdachlosen-Architektur"/"Feindliches Design", manchmal auf Deutsch, meist aber auf Englisch. Weil es sich immer um das exakt gleiche Bild ohne Kontext handelt, bin ich bei diesem Vorwurf mittlerweile skeptisch gegenüber eingestellt.

    Ich habe mir deswegen jetzt mal die Mühe gemacht, und bin dem nachgegangen.

    Schritt 1: Ältere Versionen diese Bildes Mit tineye lässt sich nach früheren Versionen des Bildes suchen. Die früheste dort verfügbare Version stammt vom 21.06.2024, auf einigen Versionen ist jedoch ein Tweet vom 19.06.2024 zu erkennen, in dem die Autorin diese Bank auch bereits als Anti-Obdachlosen-Architektur bezeichnet. In diesem Tweet gibt es jedoch keine weiteren Informationen über den gezeigten Ort, und aufgrund der Ermangelung weiterer Hinweise, deute ich diesen Tweet als Erstveröffentlichung dieses Fotos.

    Schritt 2: Bildstandort identifizieren Ohne weitere Informationen über den Aufnahmeort des Fotos, habe ich das Original von Twitter mal auf dieser Webseite in die Suchmaschine geworfen findpiclocation.com. Das Ergebnis ist der 'Giardini di Augusto' auf der Insel Capri in Italien. Google Earth und Street View unterstützen diese These, in der Hinsicht, dass das Pflaster (der Boden) passt, sowie gewöhnliche Bänke im gleichen Grünton sichtbar sind. Allerdings habe ich nicht diese Rollstuhlbank auf dem Originalbild gefunden.

    Schritt 3: Weitere Informationen zur Bank Eine einfache Google-Suche nach "capri panchine sedia a rotelle" (it. für "capri sitzbank rollstuhl"), führ zu diesem Artikel Dreißig neue Bänke in Capri, fünf „inklusive“ Bänke für Behinderte sind ebenfalls geplant (Fotogalerie) vom 2.11.2023, mit Bildern auf denen genau diese Rollstuhlbänke zu sehen sind.

    Zusammenfassung: Ich vermute dieses Bild stammt von der italienischen Insel Capri. Aus 30 neuen Bänken, handelt es sich bei 5 um diese inklusiven Rollstuhlbänke. Außerdem, dadurch dass im Originalbild (und auch diesem Meme) im Hintergrund eine weitere gewöhnliche Bank zu sehen ist, halte ich diese Rollstuhlbank nicht für eine Anti-Obdachlosen-Bank.

    P.S. Deswegen (meiner Meinung nach) erneut: "Das sind gefälschte Nachrichten"

  • Ja, du hast recht. Dass das Schaf-Logo von CloneCD eine Anspielung auf das Schaf Dolly sein könnte, habe ich nie gedacht (aber CloneCD habe ich auch nie wirklich benutzt).
