Every decision is arbitrary in some way. We, as humans, defined it would be better to arrange the periodic table a certain way, based on characteristics of the elements, but the characteristics chosen are arbitrary. We could've just chosen a different set for ordering, like alphabetical.
Tho, that's a correct (IIRC) yet weird usage of "arbitrary", and since language exists to talk, not to be correct, we might as well not use this definition of arbitrary and stick to what conveys information better.

I disagree with you, but wanted to be unlike the other comments. I, too, hate copyright, but in this case I'd say Trump deserves to lose, just cause he's a cunt, and winning this will do basically nothing for anyone except him.

The person was just a thick stick figure and when the ball fell it bounced.
The color and shape I didn't actively choose, they cam be different, but I guess my brain has defaults.
The ball falling and bouncing, however, I had to actively think about, the same way I have to think about texture. I don't have to think about where the ball would stop, or how much it would bounce tho.
It's not an intention, it's information. You won't do anything, you are saying that, without any interaction, someone else wants and will do that.
I understand disliking that, but it's not a threat.
