  • Feel free to disagree as I still think it's important to try our best even for the UK petition as UK gamers will be shown how their government acts when it comes to the ownership of their games.

    If the UK's government acts like a clown, I'm not sure UK's gamers/Helldivers will take it so easily.

  • I'll attempt to echo Ross Scott:

    The approximate end goal of the Stop Killing Games intiative is to:

    • prevent publishers from killing games where consumers/gamers were not informed briefed that what they paid for was a live service game.
    • and/or have the live service game in any manner of a playable state when they decide to pull the plug.

    As to how the UK's government will respond will be up to them.

    Will they come in clutch for Divers, UK consumers, and fellow gamers? or will they fumble the ball?

    • It's up to them to decide how they should act.

    Besides that I'd also hopefully live peacefully and quietly, I've already seen just how fame can both corrupt and destroy celebrities and their lives.

  • When I got frustrated with Windows around 2019 and I had spare time I decided that enough is enough and spent a couple of days to take the time to learn Arch Linux and all of its quirks.

    Around 2020 I started tinkering with NixOS as well which culminated as my NixOS configuration.

    Although at this point I'm going back to Arch Linux as I actually know how to fix and make modifications faster and better than I could on NixOS.

    This rushed hack bill to me seems incredibly similar to corporate overtime or triple-A game dev crunch jobs.
