  • I thought the same at first but reading the article, Jamiluddin Jami is a conservationist with a history of tree planting from 19.

    I didn't know this till reading but apparently:

    Tree-climbers help with scientific research by measuring the height of trees and setting up cameras to monitor wildlife.

    It's a pretty fun read, a good break from most depressing news honestly

    I'd recommend giving it a chance if you want a break from everyday dystopian news

    I'm not sure if I'm too jaded on Hollywood but it just feels like movies aren't worth watching as it does nothing actually new.

    Remakes, live-action xyz, I don't know man. This just isn't interesting.

    I'm really glad that indie devs and writers are still kicking ass as mainstream feels like exiting the world of creativity and excitement to slop.

  • Best thing to do in my opinion is to remember the purpose of bathrooms and have confidence in just walking in.

    If it helps, when I used to be a cis guy I actually applied makeup in front of the public bathroom mirrors. I tried to use the least occupied washrooms at first but gradually as the Mondays rolled I just gave less of a fuck and it just became routine at that point.

    I started using the more populated washrooms out of a rush for time. At first I was worried that I'd be gawked at but honestly no one bothered looking even while I was applying my foundation. Since everyone was probably just as busy as I was, no one bothered me at all.

    So nowadays as an out enby, I just use whatever is convenient to apply my makeup, turns out no one has the time to give a damn and that works perfectly for me and other people like yall here🤗

    It involves Curiosity finding a nice sharp rock and using it to rip out the insides of its own wheels.
