There are three target groups of migrants, he explains, who should be extradited from the country – or, as he puts it, “foreigners” who should undergo “reversed settlement”. They are: asylum seekers, non-Germans with residency rights, and “non-assimilated” German citizens. It is the latter that, in his view, would pose the biggest “challenge”.
Silke Schröder, a property developer and board member of the right-leaning Verein Deutsche Sprache (German Language Association), wonders how re-migration would work in practice. Surely if a person has the “appropriate” passport it would be ” impossible”, wouldn’t it?
For Sellner, this is just a detail. A “high level of pressure” will be exerted on people to adapt, he says, via “customised laws”. Re-migration won’t happen overnight; it is “a project that will take decades”.
The masterplan even includes a destination to “move people to”, a so-called “model state” in North Africa, that would apparently provide space for up to two million people. There would even be educational and sport offers there. And anyone who lobbies on behalf of refugees could join them there, Sellner added.
According to Sellner, the problem is “not just that foreigners live here. They also vote here.” “Ethnic voting” means that immigrants are likely to vote for “immigration-friendly” parties.
Ah, that explains it. Over here in Germany, presumably the entirety of the EU and likelu most of the world this is not allowed:
Any business offering goods or services to consumers or advertising goods or services to consumers by stating prices must state the total prices.
§ 3 (1), PAngV
Of course, this isn't nearly detailed enough. That's why, for restaurants etc. the following applies:
The price lists must either be clearly legible at the time of the offer, displayed on tables or presented to each guest before orders are taken and upon request when the order is settled. A price list showing the prices of the main food and drink on offer must be displayed next to the entrance to the restaurant. If the restaurant is part of another establishment, it is sufficient to display the price list at the entrance to the restaurant section.
§ 13 (2), PAngV
Just listing the menu with "market price" would violate both these paragraphs. The following exists as well:
The prices listed in the price lists in accordance with sections 1 to 3 must include the service charge and all other surcharges.
If you have finitely many problems, after purchasing finitely many copies, there should only be one problem left. If this problem isn't solved with another copy, you're out of luck and have to come up with the solution yourself.
If you have infinitely many problems then you shouldn't complain, for you'll solve infinitely many problems per copy.
Same applies to Hamas. Why would they want peace when the leadership can live in luxury and remain in permanent control? If it means forcing every Palestinian to be a martyr, that's just the price they're willing to pay.
Hamas and Netanyahu's government very much have a mutually beneficial relationship.
As in, they supplied Ukraine with military aid? That's like saying US military aid/sales from 1939 to 1941 to the allies prevented negotiations in Europe and prolonged WW2.
Doubt it, if the US wanted him dead, he'd be dead already. After all, even Russia can kill people, usually spies, all the time in Britain and other
Western countries without major consequences, although I guess Assange might be a little too prominent for this to work well.
Similar to Navalny, he'll be made an example of by spending the rest of his life in prison, maybe a supermax if they're feeling particularly cruel. The US doesn't want to turn him into (more of) a martyr.
Yeah, it's just the triangle inequality.
