Looking for a watch? That supports multiple vibrating alarms and doesn't require frequent charging

I'm trying to find some device that would allow me to set a vibrating alarm and that does not need to be charged frequently (<1 time per month).

Originally I was looking at fitness bands, but a lot of them require more frequent charging, and also need to be paired with a smartphone, and usually they use proprietary charging connectors.

So I decided to check around for more traditional watches, but the options seem to be limited if you want something that can vibrate. I think some of the Casio watches have that option, but there are so many different options and I don't know anything about watches. I'm hoping to get something that is not too expensive either.

Ideally I would like to have something that just needs to have the battery swapped once every few years, or maybe even charges by itself? (Not sure how feasible that is with vibrating alarms)

Anyone have some experience with this?
