Reported it to facebook for Scam and "Impersonating public figure". They have a report category for this exact case, so surely they know that this is a problem and they will take care of it, right?
Nope, according to Facebook everything is A-Ok with the account, and no action is taken.
While it will technically work, the old tube tvs had a 4:3 resolution of 5xx x 3xx or so, depending on if they used PAL or NTSC. Modern TV Interfaces are typically designed for a screen resolution of 1200x800 and 16:10 or 16:9, which means the fonts will be unreadable and half of the screen is cut off.
Ich meinte eigentlich so 0815 teile wie scheinwerfer, panels, stosstangen usw. die man auch vom schrottplatz bekommt. In Laendern wo weniger deutsche automarken rumfahren sind auch die ersatzteile seltener und teurer, und es gibt weniger fachwerkstaetten.
Ich glaube der mann ueberschaetzt, wie wichtig die deutschen automarken im ausland sind wo sie inzwischen mit den neuen chinesichen E-Modellen konkurieren muessen.
Da haben die kunden inzwischen die wahl zwischen preiswerten elektrofahrzeugen mit guter ausstattung und reichweite, und teuren deutschen benzinkutschen mit guter leistung, aber hohen betriebskosten (benzin, reperatur) - besonders im ausland wo man fuer unter 10 cent strom daheim tanken kann.
Ich frage mich wie relevant benziner in 10 jahren noch sein werden. Bei batterietechnik gibt es bis dahin sicher noch fortschritte in preis und leistung; aber welche firma wird heute noch neue verbrennermotoren bauen wollen bei den kosten und zeitaufwand von ein paar jahren fuer forschung und entwicklung - zumal die gewinne in leistung und verbrauch der letzten generationen auch eher marginal waren.

Have you seen the tunnels on Google maps? They are essentially a tunnel from one side of a parking lot, under the main street, to the entrance of the convention center across the road. A distance you could walk in 5 mins on street level, except your way is blocked by the 6 lane road without pedestrian crossing.
Yeah, but you can do this in the background without blocking the whole page. In fact you have to go to extra lengths to make it "block" the whole page. Maybe it's just some css that sets the cursor to the "loading" image, and then ignores mouse clicks for a while, giving the illusion of doing lots of work...

weil es bei preis, verbindungen und geschwindigkeit in direkter konkurenz zu schnellzuegen wie ICE stuende. Wozu zwei systeme bezahlen die den selben zweck erfuellen?
die leute wollen lieber billigen, zuverlaessigen und wenn moeglich direkten transport ohne viel umsteigen als eine gadgetbahn die am ende teurer als flugzeug oder schnellzug ist
teure schnellzuege lohnen sich fuer den betreiber nur in gegenden mit hoher bevoelkerungsdichte, und wo der zug auch noch schneller als das auto ist wie in Japan und China - da fahren die schnellzuege quer durchs land wirklich alle 10 minuten und sind trotzdem immer voll.
viel sinnvoller wäre es, wenn es ein einheitliches Buchungssystem wie bei Flügen gäbe, und man seine Zugfahrt Kiel nach Venedig auf einer Webseite komplett buchen könnte, statt für jedes Land neue Fahrkarten zu kaufen.
In Deutschland wird das geld lieber in autobahnen gesteckt, es gibt kein templimit und das schienennetz vergammelt.
