I don't know if this means anything to you, but I'm proud of you that you stepped up for yourself and set up boundaries, despite it being brutal.
I really hope that your parents can accept and respect you someday, you'll have to judge that yourself tho.
Personally, I always tried to give my father the feeling, that I still wanted him to be a part of my life and that he always has a chance to better himself.
If they can't respect you, then you don't visit / leave. That's what I did with my father. You don't have to accept that kind of abuse. You don't have to cut them out, just set healthy boundaries and give them chances to better themselves.
Really, for your own mental health, don't put yourself through this, it's not worth it, they clearly don't respect you.
I left a job because the manager was too intimidating. I couldn't say no to her and took way too many shifts as a result. I basically had to repeat the whole first semester because of that
