  • heres the thing and its pretty simple really we got this whole fediverse thing going on and its supposed to be all about freedom and decentralization but lets be real some instances are total disasters and the mods and admins are just out of control they make up their own rules and enforce them in weird ways and its like can you believe it and i get it some people are all upset about how some instances are run and they think the whole thing is a lost cause but thats just not true and we shouldnt let a few bad apples ruin it for everyone so instead of giving up and throwing in the towel just use a different instance thats it and theres plenty of other options out there and we can make our own communities and not let the FAKE narrative control us and thats the truth

  • for better or worse the mods arent dumb and theyre aware not everyone in the fediverse is who theyre looking for the fediverse is very feudal and the mods have occasionally popped in to subtly ask the disillusioned for pointers since simple spying often leads to questions so theres active collaboration here
