  • There's too many that would benefit Canada immensely.

Since most of my first thoughts were already said, maybe criminalising corporate involvement in politics? Or price fixing. Hell, even nationalising necessities would be good (food, housing, utilities - including phone/internet).

Another thought would be requiring a total compensation disparity of no more than 7x - as in, if any employee is being paid $17.85 (current BC minimum), the total compensation for the highest can be, at most $124.95, including stocks and other benefits that can be considered compensation. Its still a fucking insane difference, but much more sane than not having a cap at all.

  • Not all of them come with the detachable case - my wife's OLED case isnt.

  • I'm assuming it was ai generated to make this post

  • Most competent graphic designers will always do logos as svg first, as its incredibly simple to convert that to various other formats - it can even be done with a script easily.

Using an svg as the base also means you can manipulate the file for other users much more easily, and even embed the svg as HTML code - which means no separate files to load on a webpage!

  • I personally would disagree, since one of them has a giant orange splotch on their face and the other doesn't, but i also do like cats and am probably autistic ¯\(ツ)

  • Pretty sure I am on the fdroid version, but that is fantastic news.

I should probably actually look at utilising obtanium for apps like finamp.

  • Nah, I have met quite a few people that care so little about the goings on in their house they would not infact notice there were 2 torties in their house unless both cats were in the same side of the room.

  • Since when could you link jellyfin to it?

  • I am, it doesn't have android auto.

  • I honestly dont listen to music enough for it to be worth it to me, but it definitely looked clean and worked well when I tried it.

I just wish it wasnt the only worthwhile option.

  • As someone who is not a graphic designer, I spent almost a week tracing and web optimizing my workplace's logo.

Before I started, it was stored as a compressed .jpeg in a fucking word document from 2010 or earlier

  • Yes, it is good, but i will not spend money on the play store.

  • Many, many videos, patreon, streaming, sponsors, etc.

  • I haven't tried navidrome, but my only gripe with jellyfin for music is that I can't find any non-subscription apps that work with android auto (if someone wants to point at one, let me know!)

I know jellyfin itself at least used to have android auto compatibility, but it was absolute shit and didn't have even some of the basic music controls when I tried, and I am unsure if any version of the app still has that even.

  • Credit scores!

  • At this point, I would rather be driving Chinese slave labour over American 'definitely not slave' labour.

At least China is trying to reduce it, instead of filling up prisons and granting billions of dollars to modern day Gestapo against court order specifically to make the slavery legal.

  • Trying to use the webapps on Firefox, it does a popup saying you must sign in again to access features every few pages... If you close the popup, it just keeps working properly.

  • I thought it was a dumbass concern of a child swallowing the toy capsule whole?

  • The only cost is of obtaining the media you wish to stream, using whatever method you wish to aquire it.

  • Selfhosted @lemmy.world

    Mail Backup/Alternative server for access?
