I'm nice Swedish guy, with 1 wife and 2 cats 😜

  • I used a standard Seitan recipe. But I added a little apple vinegar (to hide the bread taste a little), liquid smoke & smokey BBQ sauce when I mixed the Gluten powder. Simmered it in water, sliced it up, let it rest overnight in the fridge. Dipped the slices into a somewhat spice/smokey BBQ sauce, then put the slices on an oven tray, and then into the oven for 30 min.
