Abgesehen davon dass Spanien die selbe Zeitzone hat wie Deutschland obwohl es links von Greenwich ist, ist das ganze ein Wahnsinn der sich tatsächlich nur lösen lässt, wenn Deutschland die Scheiße abschafft. Dann ziehen alle anderen nach.
Ansonsten wenn wir weiterhin versuchen mit allen Ländern in der Zeitzone das zu lösen sind wir in 30 Jahren noch nicht fertig.
