  • Thanks. I par cooked russet potatoes in the microwave for 3 minutes than after they cooked I sliced them about 1/4 thick, before pan frying. Made for some nice crispy but not burnt home fries.

  • I'm sorry to hear that the weather didn't cooperate. I had a sprinkler pipe break because of the cold so that's why I missed 2 towers. Maybe they will be greedy and do it again next year for the 25th of Towers?
