  • When im pissed half the anger is having from not eating anything. When calm/happy being hungry is not a problem but its propelling negative emotions. I mean whatever caused it is still shit but sitting down and eating before coming up with any solution is a nessessity. Else its just gonna spiral into a worse mood

    Thats basically also why before any kind of negotiations booth parties need to be well fed (happienes leads to results)

  • It helped me a great deal to get a hydration backpack usually intended for sports. I dont even leave the pc a lot but its 3L of water storage that can be consumed while having both hands free (except start&end for like 3 seconds). It needs a bit of getting used to drinking out of a mouth piece but else its the most convinient way of drinking water

  • Like the other comment: unspoilered apider is bad. I agree that spiders are nice "self sustaining pets" (and i think they cute) but please dont scare people because someone olse rubbed you the wrong way. Fear is sadly an AOE attack

  • the period. i am lucky enough that it does not hinder me and does mostly not really hurt (i just have to be conscious about switching tampons on time)

    but i also dont like hearing about the experiences of woman who have horrible periods. not because that the topic is bad but that often they dont get proper care (had a friend where the doctor told she should take the pill without pause which was horrible)Its like a source for horror stories
