My toddler has his own photo album (a physical one). He likes to look at the photos, take them out, find himself in the photo. I wouldn't call it captivating but he does like to look at the photos and sometimes asks for the album.
The ban also affects everyone who isn't willing to undergo the age check.
Kids will find a way around is. They'll move to fediverse, and the cooler kids will still hang around the mainstream platforms thanks to their older friend, sibling or cool uncle.
From what I've seen I wouldn't trust it to tackle technical debt.
Quite the opposite, I'd use LLM ro build and MVP, then consider it's output to be technical debt that will have to be cleaned up over time as the product matures,.by someone who knows what he's doing.
