  • Yeah. It is kinda "lacking" in the terms of reviews. But for each goodreads people that join, the more reviews and books we get, as you can import your goodreads library. And knowing the fediverse, it won't be that long, I hope ;P

  • Bookwyrm is specifically made for booksharing and book reviewing. While lemmy is more general. For instance, this is a link to the "a game of thrones book" https://bookwyrm.world/book/8138/s/a-game-of-thrones. Here you have reviews of the book. You can also add that book to your "to read" list aswell.

  • My take is that this is way better than expected! This server was originally just a side project for LW, but has become my main focus. Its incredible how much a community can do on their own with limited rules! And I am so happy to see that all the "old school" players still play on the server! We have had minimal griefing, and that is especially above our expectation. Have this server been a Reddit server, then there might have been some more trolls and griefers. What is also fun is that not everyone on the server uses lemmy.world, or lemmy at all!
