Fun fact: there’s no general concept of image/likeness rights in the UK, and photographers own the full copyright of any photos they take.

There are other laws that come into play if you were in a private place or if your likeness is used to falsely imply endorsement, but otherwise if someone takes your photo in public they can do whatever they want with it.

Yes, it's true that you won't be able to access your third-party games through Luna anymore. However, you'll be able to access those games through the third-party account you had to link to Luna to purchase the game. As an example, if you purchased a game from EA on Luna, then you'll be able to continue playing that game through EA directly after these changes to Luna's services go into effect.
