Boring response, they're not hidden. The creepazoids that are still enabled by this dogshit website will 100% use an obsessive external social media tool I will never touch. By the way go look at the obvious alt account in /c/music who has 1.) Never spoken about music in 2 years 2.) Only replied to 10 conversations that whole time, weeks apart 3.) Made basic genre mistakes 4.) Claimed to have made music without any evidence 5.) Claimed to have listened to music without being able to review it

These are the kinds of people a guy like me encounters when trying to post about MUSIC on you webzine dude. He kept replying forever until I hit him with the Columbo question where I revealed he had never actually provided any evidence he listens to music at all.

This so very interesting. So, we have a guy who claims to have listened to music but has no opinion on it apart from bleating out its genre like he is a Pokemon named Dubstep, only opinions on others' opinions about music, who is also a musician unable to deliver any evidence of his work, but definitely isn't a bullshitter motivated by being the former. You know, I've spoken to a lot of musicians online just casually you know, they have never acted like this once. Doesn't add up buddy. Prove me wrong, and I will have successfully forced you to participate in the discussion constructively. I don't think you've even listened to Burial.

Anything else you would like to say about my or your own taste, rather than actually engaging in music criticism or even discussing its paltry entertainment value? Or hell even discussing the critical perception of music? You seem a tad bitter over, what exactly?

I don't believe you made music until you post it. A musician ought to have more consideration for music. This isn't /c/opinions on opinions of music. You must have been an awfully sad musician when you tried.

random reminder that an easy way to say fuck you to google is becoming completely obsessed with RSS feeds. they have gone out of their way to kill them.

Yeah you want Livemarks on Firefox (add-on) so an RSS feed symbol will pop up when it detects a site has at least one, and any hyperlinks to RSS feeds will open in browser properly instead of showing you some raw text. You can also drop the site's URL itself into an RSS feed such as FluentReader or RSSGuard. I'm gonna have to push Flare Android app here because it threads everything together across RSS and social media, making it a no brained. Also the share button works for adding RSS very much a deal breaker with these apps. Feeder is also good I use it for all of the github and codeberg shit and nerd blogs etc. Shame it doesn't support multiple OPML files well. RSSGuard has the best organization, nexted folders that show their child folders' contents (looking at you Thunderbird 😐👎). Lets you set different rates for each website to update. Which in the age of rate limits should probably be the first thing people do but so far I haven't had problems with that. Maybe when we get into thousands of YouTube music pages.

Stuff like RSSHub is for ppl who want their own cacheing and redistribution and to preprocess the feeds with searches and stuff. I mentioned that here but don't worry abt that, it's for making stuff work that doesn't want to show an RSS feed or it was set up in like 2006 and they think it's not dogshit because technically it gets lots of hits. This is just to be very extensive but I:m making it sound too hard so I'll stop here.

Yeah the whole site they have an RSS feed of whatever gets saved. So you apply regex to that and you can filter for relevant geopolitical news articles pretty easily. If you guys HYPOTHETICALLY wanted to read something other than The Guardian on here lol
