  • Oh speaking of addictions, YMMV but I used to use cannabis throughout the day and a ton of it. Since starting meds I haven't felt any need for it at all and just have it in the evenings if I feel like it. I've witnessed a 95% decrease in my cannabis consumption immediately. You may find you no longer want caffeine. I don't know about nicotine since the addiction is chemical but who knows. Rooting for ya!!!

  • This is wonderful to hear :) for me it was a friend of mine who I hung out with. She was like "YOURE RAW DOGGING LIFE???" and she was so genuinely shocked I wasn't medicated and it made me wonder if things were so different medicated that would cause her such shock. I see why now.

    Just be prepared for some uncomfortable side effects in the first week or two until your body gets used to the medication. I've been a bit clammy and my tummy has been a bit weird and my heartbeat has been elevated a bit. All still worth it though.

  • My team has been asked like 4 times this year by other teams management if we could leverage copilot to do more or less that. Check the amount of windows they have open, check if their KPIs are being met based on their work, check if people are idle or are opening up non work tabs, etc.

    It's a chat bot it can't even understand the words you type in. Nobody seems to understand that "AI" is just a chat bot.

  • Technically ya. Every single query any member of your M365 tenant has asked can be accessed through the admin section and Purview. But fortunately the higher up in rank you go, the less ability to understand computers.

  • One of the KPIs of my job is how well I integrate AI into my team. My boss automatically gets my AI usage from reports on the admin centre of our M365 instance. I was asked last week why I had 2 days of zero Copilot queries. I had to type up an explanation lest this gets recorded as me being non compliant.

    Thinking I will need to build an agent that does some tangentially related questioning daily so that I don't get written up or cross examined again.

  • I think it's up to 14 hours but it varies with people. I know that mine def lasts a lil longer than 14 hours because I was lying in bed at 2am wide awake haha

  • Ya I'm on the same medication. It feels illegal. It almost feels recreational. I only have ever had psilocybin mushrooms and cannabis before but I'd describe the pill as having a similar head sensation to an edible but more tight and clean if that makes any sense. If cannabis is a fuzzy headband, this pill is like a swim cap.
