I've stopped the bus at Nobara (Fedora based) so far, but I swear to jebus, if that age verification ID think that California and Colorado are trying to push goes through and major distros implement that shizzle, I might have to go further to the Arch side. Or OpenSUSE side? They're European after all.
"Oh everyone is getting $5000 a month? Maybe it's time rent went up.." - Every landlord as soon as UBI is introduced. Every capitalist would try and get a piece of that pie.
It's only a couple of days ago that I was meme'ing with some friends that as a Linux user I don't have a proper image editor, but thanks to you OP I now have the perfect tool for when asked next time.
I was curious when I looked it up myself because "pounds" and "lbs" looks so far from each other, but it's basically just libra pondo shortened to libra's shortened to lbs.
I wasn't trying to be specifically sympathetic to Israelis, I was trying to point out that there's a loss of humanity living in a state of constant war and conflict. And yeah Israel is reaping what they've sown, but when conflicts last for so long it becomes a generational curse, (and this is a bit cliche but) in the "hurt people hurt people" kind of way. It's fucked up. Shit's on autopilot.
Penn Jilette, one of the magicians from the "Penn & Teller" duo, lost 100 libra pondo's from eating nothing but potatoes. If you prepare potatoes correctly you can create resistent starch as well which is better for your blood sugar, so it really is a versatile vegetable. It has lots of potassium too.
This is so sadly predictable, but also, that comment:
Speaking from inside a shelter as the sounds of missiles and explosions shook the city, Orly Hareuveny, a physiotherapist, told Middle East Eye that Israelis had become so accustomed to war that it was now a distinct characteristic of Israeli life - “the same as the weather is for people in England”.
Darn, it's even sadder reading the comments. The composer posted a comment just 2 years ago saying how there's a better version etc. and then 1 year old comments saying RIP Stéphane Picq. He died just a bit over a year ago from cancer at the young age of 59 :(#FuckCancer
