Idk, they're also super terfy and classist. When I visited I thought it was chill at first but transphobic comments got massively upvote, even using r/gendercritical terminology.
I feel like there's probably places that have the good advice you might find there without the really toxic elements.
I dated someone with BPD for a few years. I think her case might have been more mild, but it never ended up being much more than depressive episodes and anxiety attacks. All this talk about gaslighting and manipulation makes me a little uncomfortable because to the best of my knowledge there was none of that in the relationship.
Yeah, I do see it kind of go that direction sometimes which I think is not productive. I just try to spread body positivity where I can. Like don't get me wrong I'll make it illegal when I'm supreme leader of the People's Republic of North America, but I think a lot of guys do project existing insecurities onto it.
