  • Happy birthday! But where is the cat tax?

  • I see your reply on lemmy!

  • Watching the women's downhill race, what a beautiful location:

  • Very glad to hear it! Bonnie is very cute

  • Meat is expensive, so veggie meals first. Something simple, nourishing and tasty is Risotto

  • Yep, thats a good one. Another one, ALT + . inputs the last argument from your last command, pressing it multiple times cycles thorough your past arguments.

  • Thank you!

  • The author makes some good points, interesting read. Thanks for the link.

  • Coming from a Python and Java background Rust is way harder to learn. Don't get me wrong, i like Rust, but it feels way harder. But i agree that its great for large projects and performance-wise!

  • Great game! For some reason it didn't capture me as much as their earlier games (especially their first one, Shadow Tactics, which is 90% off), but it's still a great game with a lot of content (it's built in a way that all locations / missions can or even will be played multiple times).

  • Super, danke!

  • Since this is clearly such a non-issue (seriously, who buys a veggie burger thinking it's actual meat?!) it's just used for distraction from the more important issues the EU / world faces.

  • Fall asleep at any time and place by will

  • In Switzerland we call it Vermicelles, it's made out of cooked and pureed chestnuts, served with whipped cream and meringues (no idea how to translate this, it's baked egg-whites with sugar). It's a typical autumn dessert.

Looking it up it's seemingly known as Mont Blanc abroad, though i've never heard it called that here.

  • It can feel quite long, yeah. But i especially liked the non-standard theme for a CRPG and the stories.

  • Not sure how Pillars of Eternity: Deadfire sold, but i would love a new game in this series. I guess sadly not good enough to warrant a sequel :(

At least for now Obsidian announced an update which will introduce turn based mode to the first game, coming later this year: https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/134573-patch-138087535-is-live/

  • Glad people are enjoying Silksong, not my style of game but it sounds like a fantastic game for fans of the genre.

Still working on the legendary PvE armor in Guild Wars 2, gold is the biggest issue. I'm taking a break from that to play Borderlands 3, which is just leaps and bounds above Borderlands 2 gameplay wise. I got burned out of 2 when it got a bit harder towards the end and i really didn't want to do a bunch of sidequests to hopefully get some better weapons, i just didn't enjoy the gameplay anymore.

I also want to buy and play Hades II, but i don't really have the time for that as well right now. Something to look forward to :)
