  • I love how they don't rule out people who can't figure out a printed url. I certainly couldnt partner with someone who needs instructions on how to use a link.

Why wouldnt you just use a qr code?

  • This war is being incredibly mismanaged on every level in the US. There's no strategy, there's no objective, there's no plan.

Food quality is dropping because they didn't plan, this isn't about front line troops where there's supply line issues due to enemy actions.

This is all self inflicted. It should be a scandal of incompetence.

  • I think that is what angers me so much, is they mention the helpline and suddenly thier hands are clean of any responsibility.

  • I probably dont have the gene, but I dont feel cool for not clicking an ad. What I mostly feel is rage that the promotions are so obviously geared towards getting the potentially addicted to try it by offering $100's of free (bonus) bets.

And at the end they have the audacity to mention a helpline.

  • The shape of the final fruit leaves me unconvinced that its not a black raspberry.

Without leaves or an angle peering into the top from where the stem was removed, its basically impossible to confirm my suspicioms. But something in my gut says um, actually.

  • Thousand Island Socialist

  • I have it and enjoy it. Its got the same edgy humor of Binding of Issac and Super Meat Boy which is starting to wear thin.

But the gameplay is magnificent. If the battlefields had height to them it'd be the perfect FF: Tactics rougelike.

  • If you read the article, a large portion of it is dedicated to people defacing and degrading the nature.

Hell the title card image is a tree with a bunch of initials carved into it.

Overall the headline blows, because the article had a large chunk dedicated to Native American Cultural Appropriation and other related criticisms.

Edit: My bad, I didn't see OP's message. Your comment is a pretty good take on OPs commentary. I'm not quite sure how OP tied that message to this article, this article is not really solarpunk focused.

I just read the article. I recommend doing that, it is quiet good.

  • I arrived during the API debacle.

Some things are better, content and activity.

Some things are worse, spammers, AI proponents who harrass you despite the clear community-wide dislike of the plagarism machine, fascist chuds trying to mainstream rascism, misogyny, and ableism.

Basically each new wave is another usenet September equivalent, and it feels like we're approaching the eternal september epoch as lemmy becomes more widely used. Soon we'll have to deal with state actor bot-nets if we aren't already.

  • While neat, I am concerned about this pushing out native trees species. North America has experienced numerous ecological disasters due to non-native Flora and Fauna spreading outside thier normal ranges. Most transcontinental.

  • I think try is the wrong world, pretty sure we've succeeded, the question now is "Does anything survive?"

  • Could the North American biosphere catch a break for once. It's been getting fucked nonstop for like the last 3-400 years.

  • Kroger actively wants their employees to do this. (Source: worked in this hellhole for 13 years. Would choose homelessness/starvation over going back)

Its a psycholigical trick to make you think its cheaper than it is. Intended to make you think subconciously "It can't be that expensive if they treat it this poorly."

I do think they picked the wrong product for this treatment considering shrink and high price. It should be shit like dvds and other durable products.

  • Redevelop my city to be more walkable/bikeable and better Public transport.

  • I had a similar experience at a Chiropractor. They had the automated massage bed, which was way cheaper than going to a medical massage office on my insurance.

But I was reading thier quack information slideshow on one of the TVs, but they kept quoting some dude. I looked him up and he was an out and proud neo-nazi.

So I left in middle of my appointment and never returned any calls and left a review on google. Google took my review down.

  • If you have a cutter and cloner theres almost no reason to not grab a SmartPro or Autel. It'd pay for itself in less than a year.

  • Assuming you've got a sidewinder cutter it's worth researching GM's onboard programming. You can do most vehicles older than 2023 without a programmer.

  • Hello fellow locksmith. We've basically given up on selling residential Smart Locks and Padlocks in our shop. For pretty much the same reasons you've described. Our prices would be outrageously higher.

Fortunately we deal in car keys, and dealerships still give us plenty of breathing room to beat them on parts, service, and lead times.

  • I like my Pad Thai spicy.

    I usually get a 4 out of 5. I was getting a 1.
