Pretty much given up on work. Only delivering the essentials and not taking any initiative since other teams have started dumping their tasks on us with no consequences. Warned my boss that the reward for other teams not doing their work is them getting to assign us isn’t going to fly with me.
Apparently, our director “isn’t happy with the situation” but given they are yet to do anything to stop it they may as well be endorsing it.
