  • Da ist ein leichter Unterschied zwischen "Kind oder Jugendlicher zu sein" und "sich dafür entschieden haben, Rauschmittel zu nehmen".

    Ja, ich weiß, dass Drogenkonsumenten das ab einem bestimmten Punkt nicht meh runter Kontrolle haben, aber die haben alle irgendwann mal entschieden, damit anzufangen, und dann keine Hilfe gesucht.

    Wenn überhaupt, dann sollte ein reduziertes Strafmaß nur nach erfolgreichem Entzug gewährt werden, um sicher zu stellen, dass eine zukünftige Gefährdung der Bevölkerung zumindest reduziert werden kann.
