  • I mean... the jail could have the shape of a generic apartment building, but there's no food available, so they need to use food stamps to prepare it themselves, or if they can, get a job to buy their own food.. also they can go out, their cell has a lock but only them have the key... also their cell have one bedroom, a kitchen/living room area and a bathroom..
