    For a long time, we had a group of people saying "Losing weight is extremely simple. Calorie in, calorie out. Just count calories".

    Another group people argued that's a terrible idea. A calorie is NOT a calorie. Counting calories will make you absolutely miserable. First and foremost, you need to pay attention to the quality what you are eating. If you are eating processed food, you can eat a lot and still feel hungry. But if you are only eating veggies and fruits, you can simply eat until you feel full.

    The second group of people were right. But now they have more data to prove it.
