  • Outlook on web frequently asks you to sign in but when one completes the 2 factor authentication, it signs you out and one has to click on sign in again and enter password and OTP again to be able to sign in.

  • It's the online Outlook that's sloppy. It asks you to sign in and after accepting password and OTP, signs you out! It's frustrating to be asked for 2 factor authentication just to be signed out.
