  • Thats interesting. Does it works the other way around too then?

  • Occationally a minor fault in production would result in one of these beeing shipped. It's no biggie really.

  • Thank you for your thorough analysis and report. Very interesting read. Just doing the basics, as you say, is more than a layman like me can do!

Bro can I crash at your place for a couple of days? You won't even notice I'm there

  • This whole thing is so infuriating. It just won't go away and in the end we are all going to be surveiled no matter what. Privacy will be gone and it's just disgusting. Peter Hummelgaard and whoever puppeteers him needs as much negative attation about this case as possible. The media is hardly covering it at all. Fight for your privacy!

  • Well when trying to install the latest APK (don't have fdroid) I just get a message that it didn't install because my system is not supported?

  • Thanks for the tip. Newest version doesn't run on graphene though. Second newest does.

  • I had a similar issue on an HP Elitedesk 800 mini G3. It turned out to be a faulty ram stick. Memtest revealed the issue and after unpligging the defective stick the issue was resolved.

  • Man they sure moved a long way from "don't be evil" yikes

  • Oh man... "I'm in this picture and I don't like it" 🙁 at least I got emojis with florisboard for graphene... 🎉

  • Wasn't the deal with raspberry pis that they were tiny and cheap? I'm out of the loop as usual, but what is the appeal of a raspberry laptop?

  • What are you talking about? Why does it look like I keep deleting my account?

  • Hi, thanks. I've been testing out NextCloud and it might be a bit too bloated and buggy for me (document editor iffy on mobile and encountering files and folders being falsely locked and thus cannot be interacted with) so I might give sftp a go.

Is there a dockerhub project you would reccomend? I've been looking at sftpgo (https://hub.docker.com/r/drakkan/sftpgo) as a option?

  • To prevent brute force login attempts into my jellyfin service.

  • Oh I can see how my title could be misunderstood - what I meant is that both jellyfin and fail2ban are running in (separate) docker containers. Not both services crammed.into one.

  • Thank you. I did see this list before. My jellyfin instance is not exposed to the net atm., but I'm thinking of exposing it in intervals and would like to have fail2ban working when/if I do.

  • Selfhosted @lemmy.world

Help setting up fail2ban for jellyfin both in separate docker containers?
