100 Zahlungen pro Jahr pro Person halte ich auch nicht für sehr niedrig. Wenn ich das so überschlage, dann bin ich wahrscheinlich irgendwo zwischen 100 und 200 pro Jahr und ich zahle fast gar nichts mehr in bar. Gemittelt mit all den Leuten, die gar keine Zahlungen geleistet haben dürften (Kleinkinder, pflegebedürftige Rentner im Altenheim,...) kommt das doch gut hin.
I don't think it has anything to do with secrecy. I think it has more to do with the fact, that not many people will watch pre season testing. Also there will be coverage for the last hour of the day and full coverage for the next week.
Best time of the year. I also like that there is no TV coverage for most of the day, which forces me to follow the autosport commentary. Somehow this feels more magical than watching it on TV.

Yeah, but I think this test is not completely fair. For example Private Internet Access displays if it is a virtual server instead of a physical server. . I think it would have been better if they excluded those from the test.
I am glad that the rules in Germany are different. If you park your car in a public space, you need to check on a regular basis if it is still legally parked. If you leave the country for a while, you either can't park your car in a public space or you need to ask someone to check your car for you and park it somewhere else, if there is a reason for it.
