French-German Free Software developer currently based in Berlin. Work on Nextcloud during the day and on KDE during the night. KDE e.V bard member and co-maintainer of Tokodon, Merkuro, Arianna, NeoChat. Aside from open source, I like traveling by train, running, cycling, backing and playing board games.

  • @Alaknar @kde yes only for Linux Mobile. Unfortunately on Android some dependencies like DBus are unavailable.

Considering the current political context, I am regretting my decision but everything is already booked, so it's a bit too late to change my decision 😒

  • I've been using Global Menu for a while, but since it is less and less supported, I've finally removed the widget.

    find ~/.config -iname '*rc' -exec sed -i '/Menubar=/d' {} \;

    This should work but you might want to execute the sed command on one file first before running it everywhere as I am on my phone and didn't test it 😅

  • @pretzel6666 @kde it's a classic issue which I thought was already fixed. Are you using plasma 5?

    In any case, check your config files and you should see a Menubar setting which need to be enabled again 😔
