    • My city (Indianapolis, IN) shows up and is decently well represented. I'll add some additional "vegan friendly" spots.
    • "D" is probably not too far off considering the accessibility.
    • One small quibble, consider adding the option to add a new vegan place to the bottom of the list. From a user experience perspective, I've scrolled to the bottom of the list to see if a place is there, and now I need to scroll back up for the option to add it.

    Good vegetarian/vegan protein sources to substitute in your favorite recipes:

    Seitan - pretty easy to make, use in place of chicken or steak. Great in fajitas, gyros, stir fry, etc.

    TVP - super cheap and healthy substitute for ground beef. Use in pasta sauces, sloppy joes, chili, etc. Toss it in with some extra water in place of meat.

    Tofu - recommended you freeze then thaw the tofu, dry it out good and pan fry until crispy. Excellent in stir fry, curry, noodles, etc.

    We both agree that it's not all or nothing. It's unreasonable to say that asking a good faith question is always bad, just like it's unreasonable to demand someone answer questions about their marginalization. I was just pitching in my thoughts as to where the line is.
